Ninth (IX) Session of ERO Board
On Friday, on 24.06.2022, 13:00h, the ERO Board will hold the ninth session in 2022 with the following agenda:
Energy Regulatory Office participated in the seminar “Establishment of Market Mechanisms and Segments for Energy Exchange”, held in Athens on 15-17 June 2022, organized by NARUC/USAID.
The Energy Regulatory Office notifies the broad public that the Supreme Court, through Judgement ARJ no.45/2022 has changed the Ruling of the Court of Appeals and the Ruling of the Basic Court in Pristina, and has rejected as ungrounded the claim-motion of the plaintiff, to postpone the execution of the Decision of the Energy Regulatory Office.
Through this Judgment of the Supreme Court, the decision of the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office, taken on 8 February 2022, remains in force.
