Thirteenth Session (XIII) of ERO Board

The Board of Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) in its thirteenth (XIII) session held today on 13 December 2023 reviewed and approved the Methodology on Determination of Maximal Fixed Premium, Maximal Fixed Price and Maximal Feed-in Tariff. Through this methodology were also determined the basic principles according to which the Maximal Fixed Premium, Maximal Fixed Price and Maximal Feed-in Tariff for support schemes for electricity produced by energy renewable energy sources will be calculated, implemented through a tendering process.

In this session, the Board reviewed the request of the Renewable Energy Sources Association (SHERK) and some requests of customers in relation to the implementation of the provisions of the Rule on Prosumers and the technical criteria. The Board, following the review, provided the required clarifications and interpretations in relation to the implementation of the Rule on Prosumers and the technical criteria.

In this session, the Board reviewed and approved 15 (fifteen) requests for granting the authorization for construction of solar panels for prosumers, at a total of 276 kW.

Part of the review from the Board were also some issues related to the functioning of the Energy Regulatory Office.
