The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) has secured technical support from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for the development of an advanced support mechanism for Renewable Energy Sources (RES).

The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) informs the broad public that today, on 09.07.2025, it has received the decisions of the Basic Court in Pristina in two separate cases, which rejected the request for the imposition of a security measure against the Public Notice on the Liberalization of the Electricity Market, published by ERO on 12 March 2025.
Seventh Session of the ERO Board in 2025
On 12.06.2025, the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office held the seventh (VII) session for 2025. In this session, the Board appointed the legal entity KEK as the Supplier of Last Resort for a period of six (6) months, from 31.07.2025 to 30.01.2026.
