    The Energy Regulatory Office notifies the broad public that the Supreme Court, through Judgement ARJ no.45/2022 has changed the Ruling of the Court of Appeals and the Ruling of the Basic Court in Pristina, and has rejected as ungrounded the claim-motion of the plaintiff, to postpone the execution of the Decision of the Energy Regulatory Office.

    Through this Judgment of the Supreme Court, the decision of the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office, taken on 8 February 2022, remains in force.

    Evaluation of the Regional Association of Energy Regulators (ERRA) regarding the electricity tariff review process of the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO)

    ERO is an independent institution and does not become part of the daily political discourse. The latest decision on energy tariffs is compliance with the legal obligation to set tariffs that are cost-reflective.
