On 10.07.2026, the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office held its eighth (VIII) session in 2026.

In this session, the Board reviewed and approved the Distribution System Operator's Investment Plan and the Distribution System Operator's Plan for Management and Reduction of Losses.

Sixth (VIth) Session of the ERO Board in 2026

On 18.05.2026, the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office held its sixth (VI) session for 2026. In this session, the Board reviewed and approved the Five-Year Development Plan and the Ten-Year Development Plan of the Distribution System Operator. The Board also reviewed the comments of NH Ibër Lepenc JSC regarding the notification of the ascertained non-compliances.

In this session, twenty-one (21) requests for obtaining authorization for self-consumption, with a total installed capacity of 400 kWh, were reviewed and approved.

Fourth (IVth) Session of the ERO Board in 2026

On 05.05.2026, the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office held its fourth session for the year 2026. In this session, the Board reviewed and approved the Maximum Allowed Revenues for the relevant tariff year 2026 for the Transmission and Market System Operator (TSO/KOSTT), the Distribution System Operator (DSO/KEDS) and the Universal Service Supplier (USS/KESCO).
