The work plan defines the strategic orientations of ERO for certain periods and in general it is composed of: the mission, mandate, goals and organization of ERO; provides an overview of the structure and perspectives of development in the energy sector in Kosovo; identifies the challenges that ERO faces regarding the goals as well as the strategic factors that would influence the overcoming of these challenges; specifies the projects and sets out strategies and initiatives for that financial period; defines the resources required for the implementation of planned projects and initiatives; contains detailed financial forecasts for the respective planned periods.
