The Board of AIB (Association of Issuing Bodies) has approved the granting of Scheme Observership to the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) of the Republic of Kosovo. AIB is a non-profit organization with 35 members from 27 European countries which was created to develop and promote a standardized system of certificates (guarantees) of origin.

XIth Session of ERO Board in 2024              

On 12.11.2024, the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office held the XIth session in 2024.

During this session, the Board approved the Maximum Allowed Revenues and tariffs for the District Heating "Termokos" JSC for the heating season 2024/2025.

The Chairman of the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO), Mr. Ymer Fejzullahu, participated in the Chairmen Meeting of the Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA), held on 28 October 2024, in Tirana. This meeting brought together key regulatory figures and energy sector experts to discuss pressing challenges and developments in energy infrastructure and policies.

The Board of the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) on 29 October 2024 held a meeting with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission at the ERO offices.

At the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO), a meeting was held yesterday with the Energy Team of the World Bank, as part of their mission in Kosovo to advance the implementation of the country's Energy Strategy. The mission, led by Mrs. Katharina Gassner, Senior Energy Economist met with the ERO Board.
