Seventh Session of the ERO Board in 2025

On 12.06.2025, the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office held the seventh (VII) session for 2025. In this session, the Board appointed the legal entity KEK as the Supplier of Last Resort for a period of six (6) months, from 31.07.2025 to 30.01.2026.

Regarding electricity generation from renewable energy sources, the ERO Board issued an authorization to the company "SVB" LLC and approved the requests of “Vita Energy” LLC and “VBS” LLC for extension of authorization. The requests of “Infinit Power Solutions” LLC, license no. ERO/Li_94/23 and ERO/Li_95/23 as well as Air Energy LLC, license no. ERO/Li_62/19, for changes in control of​ licensees were also approved.
In addition to this, the Board reviewed and approved the requests of thirteen (13) legal entities, which also includes one (1) request for modification, and fourteen (14) requests of natural persons for obtaining the authorization for self-consumption, with a total installed capacity of 1211 kW.

Part of the review from the Board were also customer complaints and other issues related to the functioning of the Energy Regulatory Office.
