Mr. Ymer Fejzullahu Chaired the 61st Meeting of the Energy Community Regulatory Board
Yesterday, in Athens, the Chairman of the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO), Mr. Ymer Fejzullahu, chaired the 61st meeting of the Energy Community Regulatory Board. The meeting, held in the Greek capital, brought together the heads of regulatory authorities from the member states, who presented their achievements for the first half of 2025.
During the discussions, participants emphasized the importance of mutual cooperation and the exchange of experiences in order to achieve shared goals for a sustainable, integrated, and secure energy market. Key topics included market coupling between states and the need to harmonize legislation and regulations that facilitate this process.
The agenda also included preparations for the upcoming meeting of the Energy Community Board. Discussions focused on priority topics expected to be addressed, such as progress toward the green transition, strengthening the regulatory framework, and further integration of regional energy markets.
Mr. Fejzullahu’s chairing of this meeting reaffirms the active role of Kosovo's Energy Regulatory Office in promoting regional cooperation and advancing the implementation of European standards in the energy sector.
